The Collin County Community
We give hand-ups for better health. Everything we do is designed to empower individuals and families to pull themselves up and live productive, independent lives.
Volunteer
The Community Health Clinic’s volunteer opportunities help you help people in need of healthcare who do not have insurance or other means to pay staggering healthcare bills. You can:
- Provide treatment for chronic illnesses for patients who might otherwise go to an emergency room for lack of anywhere else to go or patients whose health would decline because they would receive no help at all.
- Teach patients to manage their illnesses so they improve or at least do not get worse.
- Show patients how much they can help themselves.
- Translate for Spanish-speaking patients so they can participate in their own healthcare and benefit fully from the information they are given.
- Help maintain accurate records and keep the clinic running smoothly so that we may provide the best possible services.
- Help raise the funds we need to continue providing our services.
- Watch people’s lives improve before your eyes, all thanks to your compassion and dedication.
Improved lives help Collin County thrive. Use your time and talent to strengthen the whole community!
